The House at Confluence

 ---   We only rent the entire house. You are the only occupants

 ---  Bedroom 1 has 1 queen bed and a youth bed

       Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds

       Bedroom 3 has 1 double bed

 ---  Towels, bed linens and pillows provided

 ---  2 full baths. One with the original claw foot tub. The other with a large walk in shower

 ---  5 window air-conditioners. You can control the temperature in each bedroom as you like. Plenty of cooling power for the entire house

 ---  Forced air heat

 ---  Fully equipped kitchen includes : full size stove and fridge, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, cups, glasses, utensils, dish soap and towels. The kitchen is especially nice, large and bright with the original cabinets

 ---  Fully equipped laundry includes : washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Laundry soap is not provided

 ---  Dining room has a large table and 6 chairs

 ---  Living room equipped with : TV, DVD, VCR. Basic cable service.

 ---  Outdoor furniture, patio umbrella, covered front porch, charcoal grill and fire pit. Wood and charcoal not provided
